Registration and payments

• The registration process consists of; the completion of the registration form, signed in agrement with the Data Protection legislation.

• The enrollment process is completed with a payment of half the amount of the course in which the student wants to enroll. It is essential that the payment is made at the time of registration, an enrollment is not considered without payment.

• The payment may also be made in full. If not, the remaining 50% must be paid within a maximum period of 1 month. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at the time of registration.

•  The total amount of the course includes: registration, lessons, manual, exam and certificate.

• A trial class is permitted. However, a cost of 20€ for extensive and 30€ for intensive is charged. If the student enrolls, this value is deducted for the total amount of the course.

• The cultural activities of Iberlinguas ​​may be subject to payment of a minimum fee and may be cancelled if there are not enough subscriptions.

• The activities promoted in partnership with other entities will have a discount.

•  Cancelation of the registration by the trainee up to 5 days prior to the start of the course, will be reimbursed in full.

•  Only the cancellation of private lessons with 24 hours notice is accepted.

Selection of students

• Any student who wishes to enroll in an Iberlinguas ​​course, and who is not a beginner, must take a level test. This test enables Iberlinguas ​​to select the trainees and the formation of the formation groups, in a homogeneous, rigorous and attentive way.

• If the trainee does not want to enroll in the course or level advised by Iberlinguas, taking into account the level test, Iberlinguas ​​is not responsible for the trainee’s learning progress.

• This test is free as long as the trainee enrolls in its course. If not, the test will cost € 20.
